  • To start using Suntrail services, you need to select any available capacity. Make payment for the selected order. After receiving your payment, your order will be activated.

  • Your order will be activated once your payment has been confirmed and approved.

  • Make sure you paid the full amount required for your order.If you paid in full, but the order is not active, please contact our support service.

  • The account is deleted if there are no active orders for a long time. Also, the account may be blocked if the user has violated the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy. In these cases, user will receive a notification about the status of the account by mail.

  • Payment is accepted in different ways listed When placing an order, information about the order will be displayed.

  • Your income may be affected if you have violated our terms, or your plan has been deactivated.
